OAKnyc
and SATAN!!!!
These guys put together a really nice campaign for OAKnyc and ask me to do the Sound Design for it. It came out just in time for Halloween. It is a black marriage of supreme forces IRL. PURE SPOOKMASTERS. I can’t tell you how much i dug this project.
“Loose Grip” is a short by local Chicago director Chris Davis. Four guys go out for a normal round of golf, except that one of them has some wavering suspicions about his wife’s fidelity after he stumbles upon an instant message conversation.
This short is packed with fast comedy, a fun cast, and tons of “one-liners”; not to mention a little gore. I had the pleasure...
The New Adventures of Mickey Spillane's Mick...
Nominated for an Audie Award, Matt Sauro, now of BAM Studios, and I completed this remake of classic gumshoe pulp novel star Mike Hammer as Played by Stacy Keech.
Mickey Spillane’s books are pulp at its finest. Complete with guns, femme fatales, and city life.
The back to back stories are “Oil and Water” and “Dangerous Days”. This set comes on a preloaded digital...

Max's Kansas City
Designed an ambient audio build for the splash page of arguably one of the more culturally significant hang outs in America. Max’s Kansas City. Nice page layout and such a interesting place.

A Fun little project with Major League Gaming, through thehappycorp global. I like this gun metal animatic. Creating noises for imaginary machines is soooooo sweet. fake monsters is sweet too.
Let’s Talk…..
This video is amazing. It was directed by Kevin Phillips of Dandy Dwarves and Jon Lynn of U.M. and I porvided a nice little soundtrack. When chosen for artist of the month, I was floored to be working with Dandy Dwarves the creative power house that is Josh Lind (Executive Producer) and Christian Simmons (Resident Director). These guys have the astute ability to turn...
Jeffery Welk created this fun vignette for the Webby Awards. I love the characters. This was a fun project to work sound and music for because using a of variety instrumentation for each “scene” along the course of the melody, successfully emphasized how each individual is an integral part of the whole.
Motion Graphics by Ryan Hooks from MediaDrift. Stop by his site to check out the new reel. Truly impressive, the man’s a visual tactician. Not to mention a great guy. I helped him out with some sound design and music composition. It’s a nice piece with some great visual studies.
